All new clients do receive a free-of-charge meet and greet, this is so we can meet your pets and you can meet us. All new clients are also required to fill out a client agreement that will be provided to you electronically after discussing booking a service.
We are also very open-minded and understand patience if your pet is reactive. We work with socialised animals, excitable and hyperactive animals, and also anxious and fearful furbabies. Please note that we are NOT qualified trainers, our services are to care for and stimulate your furbabies when needed, although, we can and do take on dog walks and and other services for reactive pets unless I believe it will come between the safety of myself or my team.

Event Pet Attending

Overnight Pet Sittings
Service Overview:
Similar to “Pet Home Visits” we offer the same level of care to your pets and home. Overnight stays are lengthier in time and offer a stress-free mind for yourself and your pets that need nighttime comfort.
Key Features:
1. In-Home Comfort: Unlike traditional boarding facilities, our overnight pet sitting takes place in the familiar surroundings of your own home. This minimises stress and anxiety for your pets, allowing them to maintain their routines and feel comfortable and secure in their own environment.
2. Your home/property cared for: Following your instructions, we're here to not only care for your pets, but also handle tasks like collecting mail, managing bins, and poop patrol the yard. We'll ensure your return home is stress-free and pleasant.
3. Time of stay: As our team tends to multiple bookings during the day, we return to your pet after our last booking of the day (roughly 6pm) and we leave in the morning for our first booking (roughly 8am). These times will vary and any additional breaks or “free time” during the day will be spent at home with your pets.
5. Real-Time Updates: Stay connected with your pets while you're away through real-time updates and photos sent directly to your phone or email. You'll have peace of mind knowing that your pets are happy, healthy, and well-cared for in your absence.
Pet Home Visits & Extended Visits
Services Overview:
We understand that your pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own environment. That's why we offer professional pet visiting services designed to provide love, care, and companionship to your furry friends while you're away.
Home visits:
typically last around 20 minutes and are filled with love, company, and care. We can come by multiple times a day, once a day or just morning and night.
Extended visits:
We also offer full-day visits that are charged by the hour, this is much like a “babysit'“. We arrive just before you go and we leave once you've come home. This is not an overnight stay. No matter the hour of night or morning, we are happy to stay until you arrive home.

Farm Sitting
Service Overview:
At Simple Creatures, we deeply appreciate the hard work and dedication of farmers. Needless to say, they too need a holiday or perhaps peace of mind so their property stays in shape whilst tending to unexpected commitments off the farm. We are currently only accepting farms on a smaller scale for sitting, this excludes large produce farms, dairy farmers, grain farms, etc.
NOTE: Sienna is Q-Fever registered and can provide a vaccination certificate and registration number when needed

2. Trial Run/s: Before your holiday or time away, we highly suggest we come out and you show us the ropes of your day-to-day life on the farm. We understand each farm and property runs uniquely and requires different levels of care. Our trial runs help put your mind at ease that you’ve shown us what needs to be done.
